Describing what we do for public affairs clients can most generally be summed up as "issues management services". In essence, those services include the development of a strategy to address a client's issue, identification of the various disciplines that need to be brought to bear on that issue, development of a plan, and management or implementation of that plan. Our firm is not a "public relations" company. In fact, public relations is just one of the many disciplines we choose from when working on behalf of a client.
